Regulations of the
“Untold Creators” Mentorship Program
1. PROGRAM ORGANIZER
1.1. The “Untold Creators” Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is organized by LINE AGENCY S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 4, Șoseaua Vitan Bârzești no. 9A, 1st floor, room 4, registered in the Trade Register under no. J40/6434/08.05.2017, having Fiscal Registration Code RO37513803, bank account IBAN RO14BTRLRONCRT0393612601, opened at Banca Transilvania, in RON currency, legally represented by administrator Micșunescu Ruxandra, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
PREAMBLE
1. Untold Creators is a talent and organizational skills mentorship program supported by VISA for UNTOLD 2026.
2. Program objectives:
i) The program aims to help young people interested in the events industry discover career opportunities within it. We also wish to bring young people closer to industry specialists in order to offer them a clear perspective on the industry and to cover thebasic theoretical concepts.
ii) The project also has a practical dimension within its educational component, through workshops alongside professionals.
iii) The ultimate goal is to identify, support, and promote young talents from Romania in order to help them realize their potential.

3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
3.1. Young people between the ages of 18 and 35 (regardless of gender, nationality, or religion) with creative artistic potential, who are interested and agree to the competition regulations, may participate in the contest.
3.2. Participation in the program is FREE OF CHARGE!
3.3. Contestants must provide, through their own means, the instruments, props, decorative elements, and other items not made available by the organizer, within the limits arbitrarily set by the organizer and depending on the capacity of the venue where the activities take place.
4. PROGRAM REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULE
4.1. Registrations are accepted between March 15 and May 1, 2026. May 1, 2026 is the last day of registration.
4.2. Registration in the program is done by completing a form with the participant’s details and a questionnaire on the basis of which pre-selection will be made, along with consent for the processing of personal data. These will be available on the website www.untoldcreators.com.
4.3. The same contestant is not permitted to register in more than one section.
4.4. The Organizer will verify contestants’ eligibility before the pre-selection stage. Any discrepancy between the information provided at registration and the actual circumstances at the time of entry into the program or on stage will result in the contestant’s disqualification.
4.5. Attention: Registrations submitted outside the announced period will be disqualified.
Selection Criteria
4.6. The candidate must answer all questions in order to qualify. The panel will analyze the language and coherence of ideas.
4.7. Additionally, candidates who demonstrate in their answers a positive, non-discriminatory attitude oriented toward learning and discovery will receive points. Answers that refer to previous, verifiable experience will also be awarded points.
4.8. Answers are considered correct if they present an authentic, personal experience, as well as those that show a firm intention to enter this industry. Answers that are not directly related to the question or are ambiguously worded will not be considered.
4.9. Forms that contain insults, discriminatory content, or content that incites hatred, violence, or contempt will not be considered.
Venue and Program Schedule
4.10. The selection will take place online, based on the questionnaire, and as a result, 80 (eighty) participants will be selected, 20 (twenty) for each category.
4.11. Contestants admitted to the pre-selection will be notified by email, including with regard to the schedule of activities.
4.12. Only confirmation within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of receiving the pre-selection admission notice constitutes acceptance by the selected contestant to continue the program. 4.14. The decisions of the judging panel are final and may not be contested.
5. PRE-SELECTION
5.1. During the workshops, all participants will have equal chances of qualifying for the final phase. Participants agree to comply with the regulations, schedule, proper conduct, and the organizer’s decisions. Depending on the category in which they compete, each contestant will receive at the end of the workshops a practical assignment that will be voted on online through the UNTOLDCreators program’s social media channels (Instagram).
5.2. At the end of this phase, 20 (twenty) participants will qualify, specifically 5 (five) finalists for each category, based on online public voting (50%) and mentor evaluation (50%). The number of likes is considered the number of votes that determines the ranking. In the event of a tie, the jury will vote as a panel, taking into account both the deliverable and the participants’ activity during the workshops.
6. FINAL PHASE
6.1. The final phase will take the form of a new practical exercise to be completed by the participants. The judging panel will designate the winner for each category, taking into account the activity and conduct of participants throughout the previous stages, as well as their development potential.
7. JUDGING
7.1. The jury commits to being impartial and to offering each participant equal chances, without discrimination or favoritism.
8. AWARDS
8.1. From the 20 (twenty) finalists, after judging the deliverables, the jury will designate 5 (five) winners of the program, one for each category, as follows:
- DJs (The Artists) – a 45-minute set in the UNTOLD 2026 lineup and access to the UNTOLD 2026 festival.
- Music Producers – integration of the created track into the set performed by the finalist DJ and access to the UNTOLD 2026 festival.
- Content Creators – access to the UNTOLD Social Media team in the form of shadowing / internship during the UNTOLD 2026 festival and access to the UNTOLD 2026 festival.
- Event Planners – access to the festival’s Production team in the form of shadowing / internship during the UNTOLD 2026 festival and access to the UNTOLD 2026 festival.
8.2. The value of the prizes cannot be expressed in monetary terms, as they consist of specific benefits granted by the organizer, which may include, but are not limited to, experiences and services, in accordance with the nature of the program.
9. PARTICIPANTS’ OBLIGATIONS
9.1. Participants are required to comply with all provisions of these regulations and to demonstrate appropriate conduct throughout the duration of the program. Attendance at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the scheduled time for workshops/sessions is mandatory.
9.2. Unprofessional behavior toward jury members, other contestants, or representatives of the organizer is prohibited. All participants must comply with the rules of competitive discipline and adopt civilized behavior that does not cause harm of any kind (physical or moral) to other persons involved in the program.
9.3. Participants’ attire must be decent. Clothing items or accessories containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal messages are not permitted. Furthermore, participants are informed that any commercial or advertising activity on the premises where the program takes place is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the organizer.
9.4. Violation of any of the aforementioned obligations will automatically result in elimination from the program, with no possibility of appeal or challenge.
10. ORGANIZER’S OBLIGATIONS
10.1. To make available the official program regulations as well as any modifications or useful information.
10.2. To organize and provide the necessary spaces and equipment.
10.3. To ensure objective and transparent judging.
10.4. The Organizer ensures the presence of jury members, technical staff, and event coordination staff. Note: Accommodation and meals are not provided; transportation costs for workshops are not reimbursed.
10.5. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the project.
10.6. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these regulations, informing participants in a timely manner.
11. ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES AND GENERAL RULES
11.1. By registering in the Untold Creators Program, participants agree to the content of these Regulations and will comply with them.
11.2. Contestants will be eliminated from activities if they display behavior inappropriate for a competition; sanctions may extend to disqualification from the program.
11.3. The Organizer reserves the right to open and close registrations in the program.
11.4. By registering in the program, participants waive their copyright over the recordings made during the activities (audio-video).
11.5. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents occurring during the program that are caused by an unsuccessful performance by the contestant; such responsibility falls on the contestant. The Organizer likewise assumes no responsibility for incidents and situations that may arise due to inattention, negligence, or non-compliance with these Regulations.
11.6. During the program, the consumption of alcoholic beverages or substances prohibited by law by contestants may result in disqualification.
11.7. If a participant who has qualified further in the program has provided incorrect contact details or has not provided any contact details and cannot be reached within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the announcement of selection results, their registration in the program will not be considered valid, and their place will be awarded to the next ranked candidate.
12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
12.1. In accordance with applicable legislation, the Organizer is required to publicly announce the names of the winners through its own communication channels.
12.2. The Organizer also undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), regarding the protection of personal data stored during the program. As such, the Organizer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of participants/winners and to use them in accordance with these Regulations and applicable legislation.
12.3. By participating in the program and submitting personal data to the Organizer, or by communicating personal data on the website www.untoldcreators.com, participants agree that their data will enter the Organizer’s database, be processed, and be used in the future by the Organizer exclusively to inform participants about new projects and information related to the Organizer’s promotional activities.
13. PROGRAM CANCELLATION
13.1. This program may be terminated only in the event of a force majeure occurrence, including in the event that the Organizer is unable, for reasons beyond its control, to continue the program.
14. DISPUTES
14.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants in this program will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, will be settled by the competent Romanian courts at the Organizer’s registered office.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
15.1. The Official Regulations are available free of charge to all interested parties at https://www.untoldcreators.com/. The provisions of these Regulations are binding only between the organizers and the contestants or potential participants, and only during the program period.
15.2. By participating in the program, all participants and any winners agree and undertake to comply with all requirements and conditions imposed by the Organizer through these Regulations; failure to comply will entail the personal and exclusive liability of the participants and any winners.
15.3. Participants acknowledge that there is a possibility of appearing in such materials, without being able to assert any claims over the rights to said materials. The Organizer has the right to use these materials for any purpose, to publish them on various channels (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, press) and to use them in advertising campaigns, without compensating the participant in any way. Participation in the pre-selection and in the program constitutes consent for the names of participants and winners, their photographs, and the materials produced according to the requirements to be made public and used indefinitely, free of charge, in text, audio, photo, and video materials by the Organizer and its partners, both digitally and in print.
15.4. Technical and/or organizational details not covered in the regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.
